  • 2.If you have received a damaged product or empty parcel or any item is missing, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the order and we have a 10 days return policy.
  • 3. However, for some products, the sale is a final sale, and the merchant does not accept any return. Some healthcare products, customized products, products like undergarments, lingerie, swimsuits etc and perishables including flowers, edible products cannot be returned due to health & hygiene reasons.
